Coaching and Mentoring
Coaching is a forward focussed approach to developing skills, performance and learning in our personal and work lives. Often improvements in our work lives have profound effects upon our personal lives. Coaching can effectively define skills, develop goals which match our needs, develop strategies to create new ways of working and provides support to achieve defined goals. Coaching provides active support through a process of change, which will open up new ideas, attitudes and skills. I offer :
Mentoring Mentoring aims to give support and guidance to a person who needs to develop specific skills and abilities in their profession or work. The mentor is usually more experienced than the mentee and gains from the mentor’s direct experience of the profession’s requirements. The role of the mentor is to be a constructive critic and supporter of the mentee. The need for rigorous feedback is an important aspect of effective mentoring I offer :
